I like this one. I'm not sure it is the "one" you are talking about, but it works for me. www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html If you don't like this one, just do a "search" for calorie maintenance. It should bring up several links. Hugs,  Pam

This is the formula that I have gone by....  Multiply your current weight by 3.2 Add 800 to that number. If you are active, multiply by 50% and add to above. If you are inactive, multiply by 25% and add to above. This will give you the number of calories needed to maintain your current weight.  To lose or gain, just lower or raise your calorie intake.   Don't know how technically accurate this is, but it's worked for me! Hope this helps! Hugs! Kristi

I use sparkpeople.com.  It not only gives you calories, it gives you protein, fat, carbs, and many other vitamins you can track.  If you put in your exercise, it figures that in too.  I think it's awesome and use it every day.

I use myfooddiary.com. It is an excellent website. Tracks exercise, water, calories burned, basically everything. It costs $9 per month, but I think it is much easier than Sparkspeople, or the other one that is out there. I can enter things from work and from my handheld. It is great.

Try FitDay.com. I found that was the best of all the ones I had tried.
