where to find calorie counter to maintain weight
This is the formula that I have gone by....
Multiply your current weight by 3.2
Add 800 to that number.
If you are active, multiply by 50% and add to above.
If you are inactive, multiply by 25% and add to above.
This will give you the number of calories needed to maintain your current weight. To lose or gain, just lower or raise your calorie intake.
Don't know how technically accurate this is, but it's worked for me!
