TIME FOR A WLS GRADS ROLL CALL
Hiya. Nahhh you won't keep gaining, just get back to your norm. You know how vacations are when it comes to eating. Hope y'all had a great time.
Claude and I are doing FANTASTIC. He had to work today, so I took off for Branson MO since we only live 35 miles away. Place was crawling with folks today, but I still enjoyed it. Got what I went for, and a couple extras, and came on home.
I have been off work this last week for a little mental rest and got it, so am very thankful for that. God has blessed us tremendously this last year (especially) and it is hard to believe a mere year ago we were just in the planning/wanting to move stages, and now we have been here several months, and love it.
How is everything else with you?
Hugs,
April

Having some place to go is home. Having someone to love is family. Having both is a blessing.

Things have been good. Very busy. I'm finally home for longer than 2 weeks which is a new, yet pleasant concept. I love San Francisco, but you can only go so many times in one year.
I'm doing plastic surgery consults and trying to get that planned for either September or November. I'm really hoping it will be September so my swelling will be down and I'll be able to enjoy all the holiday parties. I had my WLS in November 2005 and it was kind of crummy to miss out on a lot because I wasn't feeling 100%, yet. Plus, I definitely don't want to have to try to get my shopping done while recovering.
Blessings, Jennifer

If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?

Great to hear and be sure and let us know about the plastics. That is the one thing I still want in a bad way. But, ins won't pay I am sure as it is not causing me problems, other than in my head, ha!, and I can't afford it right now, but maybe one day. To be free of this excess skin that makes my gut look like it does, would be the icing on the cake.
Hugs,
April
