Hi Kathy, I guess I have become a bit of a lurker 1. Heather 2. Lapband 3. 11/23/05 4. 19 months 5. 237- 240 6. 222 7. 125 8. 157 9. 147 10. My Biggest struggle, I had this vision, plan, wish, hope, prayer whatever you want to call it, that I would be at goal in 12 - 18 months.  So here I am 19 months out and I am not at goal. and I am not talking about my number goal of 125.  I am talking about my visual goal.  When I look at my body I have this idea of what I want to see.  And  though their are parts of me I am very happy with,  My big parts still seem huge to me.  Stomach, thighs, I am getting comfortable with my arms. And my poor little deflated water bags err  I mean breast. So my biggest struggle right now at this moment,  is discouragement and giving up.  I have a confession.  I have scarfing cookies for months like a pack a day.  at least 3 times a week if not more.  Thank God for the band I have only gained 10 pounds give or take.  That's why I have not been around much. No one knows I have been doing this so My telling this to you guys is huge. But as I stated on my profile I am determinded to be a banded success story.  So no more cookies! I promise Wow this is hard. Ok that's it Kathy you look great. later Heather

Please don't hesitate
