10. Biggest struggle as a post-op Excersize and getting vitamins in on weekend. I still do not excersize like I should. I have a sedentary job now too and really should do more activities to compensate. My weightloss has really slowed down and I get really concerned about gaining weight back. I read somewhere that most people gain back 50% by 10 years out. I see here that some have gained wieght back not nearly 50%. Then my other issue is remembering vitamins on weekends. I sleep a little later or my routine is different and I tend to forget my vitamins.

I start getting to the support groups and reading this message board again. I'm getting excited
to begin again! I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I'm just waiting for my protein shakes to
come. I've ordered them on the net.
