Love this board!!!

I still do not excersize like I should. I have a sedentary job now too and really should do more activities to compensate. My weightloss has really slowed down and I get really concerned about gaining weight back. I read somewhere that most people gain back 50% by 10 years out. I see here that some have gained wieght back not nearly 50%. Then my other issue is remembering vitamins on weekends. I sleep a little later or my routine is different and I tend to forget my vitamins.

Losing too much weight right now- need to stabilize and stay in the 125-127lb range and, (2) need to incorporate more exercize into my life
