Hi! I had RNY bypass 14 months post op Highest wt / day of surgery wt 260 goal wt 140 current wt 136-140 Biggest struggle is with iron. I've recently had a bone marrow biopsy due to having severe anemia despite taking iron pills and it said I had NO iron in my marrow! So I now have to start taking iron thru an IV hopefully only once yearly. Other struggle is grazing. But as long as I don't gain I'm ok! Good luck everyone out there and GOD BLESS
