10. getting through my bouts of hunger between meals. I suceed most of the time. I am trying to exercise more now to get me through some of the hunger. Also dealing with menopause symptoms, that I sometimes get confused with low blood sugar.

They're the same ones who smirked before and said I was too fat....just goes to prove that you can't please everyone!!!

1.  First name or name you go by on the boards: Chatterbox 2.  Surgery type: RNY Gastric Bypass 3.  Surgery date: 5-2-06 4.  How far post-op : 1 year 5.  Highest weight: 288 6.  Day of sugery weight: 270t 7.  Goal weight: 150 8.  Current weight: 220 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op: eatting every 3 hours.  I want to graze for some reason and I am struggling to control this.  I wish I could do things differently but do not knopw where to start.  Would like some help though.  I have been struggling with grazing for some time now.  I need some guidance and a friend to help me through so I can lose some more weight before it is too late.

1.  First name or name you go by on the boards Trudy 2.  Surgery type Open RNY 3.  Surgery date 4/26/04 4.  How far post-op 3 yrs and almost one month 5.  Highest weight 354 6.  Day of sugery weight 354 7.  Goal weight 150 8.  Current weight 205 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight 180 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op Within 1st year had 8 egd's for strictures.  Back surgery for herniated disc, 2 knee replacements & this past Jan I had a shoulder replacement.  Recently diagnosed with Menieres which is an inner ear problem causing very bad equilbrium.  This causes many falls.  Last fall, 2 wks ago & I cracked a rib.  I'm fighting the CARB demon.  I do dump if I over do it but that doesn't seem to stop me.  I find that I will stop just before I get sick.  Exercising is difficult & I hate to do it.  I try to make myself go to water aerobics 3X/wk.  I am trying to take off the weight I put back on.  I also have a problem fighting the addiction switch to alcohol.  4 out of 7 siblings are either alcoholicic or are recovering.  I know I'm very susceptible but it is a fight to keep from going down that road.  Depressed about health issues.
