(2 weeks ago @ doctor's office) 9. doesn't apply. 10. My biggest struggle is the hanging skin. I am praying to be able to have a tummy tuck, but I also exercise. I walk a lot and also do 30 - 45 minutes of resistance training approx. 4-6 times a week. The worst areas, besides my stomach, are my upper arms and my thighs. I want so much to be able to wear shorts and tank tops without the jiggling skin.
