I have never really posted here, but want to start--so I am starting with this topic!

10. Biggest struggle as a post-op--Recovering from a plateau! In the first 2 months, the scale was moving very fast, then it stopped, then it started again, and now it has stopped again!! I work out all the time, but the scale won't move!
I am just so scared of failure after going under the knife!!

10. Biggest struggle as a post-op: Eating enough protien, taking vitamins, potassium problems, taking B-12 shots in a timely manner. I generally don't spend much time thinking about the weight but I have noticed that I have shopped for my eating disorder and filled the freezer and pantry with no chance of eating everything. I was able to recognize this and turned the shopping over to my husband. I still feel a sense of panic when the pantry and freezer are not stuffed full.
