Kara is the name RNY surgery Surgery date was Feb. 4, 2004 I am now 3 years post op 250 lbs. was my high The day of surgery I was 246 lbs. My goal weight was 140 lbs. My current weight is 135 lbs. My low weight post op was 117 lbs. I looked like a skeleton. My biggest post op struggle has been to keep working out and eating right.

1.  First name or name you go by on the boards CarolJ471 2.  Surgery type RNY 3.  Surgery date 1/31/06 4.  How far post-op  14 months post-op 5.  Highest weight 350 6.  Day of sugery weight 334.5 7.  Goal weight 150 8.  Current weight 188 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight that's my lowest so far. 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op Getting enough exercise......it's hard with fibromyalgia due to pain issues.  But I am more active than I used to be, it's just a matter of doing alittle more whenever you can everyday.
