1. First name or name you go by on the boards. ~~~Toni 2. Surgery Type ~~~RNY micro pouch 3.  Surgery date ~~~ August 19th 2003 4.   How far post-op ~~~ 4yrs in Aug. 5. Highest weight ~~~304 6. Day of surgery weight ~~~ not sure exactly, but I lost 15lbs just prior to surgery. 7. Goal weight ~~~ personal goal 135 , Dr. never gave me one 8. Current weight  ~~~174 9.  Low weight post-op ~~~ 140 10. Biggest struggle. ~~~ My biggest struggle is trying to understand my weight gain. I try to eat very healthy, I wasn't exercising for a while, But since I have kicked up the exercise. but gained about 20lbs within one month after  my last hospital stays for my MYSTERY PAIN last aug. and have gained another 10 or so since the end of the year. I have an appointment with my surgeon next month, I have not been back to him in 3yrs, Its high time I would say, just hated the drive....Oh well, hopefully I will find some answers.

Hi everybody, 1.  First name or name you go by on the boards:  Angie 2.  Surgery type:  RNY 3.  Surgery date: 8/8/03 4.  How far post-op: 3 years + 5.  Highest weight: 180 6.  Day of sugery weight: 276 7.  Goal weight: 160 8.  Current weight: 180 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight: 155 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op: Anemia, malabsorption, healthy eating. Coming back to the board for support.

Hi everyone. Here are my stats: 1.  First name or name you go by on the boards - Kathy K. 2.  Surgery type - Lap RNY 3.  Surgery date - 11/07/05 4.  How far post-op - 17 months 5.  Highest weight - 292 6.  Day of surgery weight - 285 7.  Goal weight - 150 8.  Current weight - 133 (5'7", BMI 21) 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight - this is it, 133 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op - getting into an exercise routine; however, since I'm still losing a little and don't want to, it's probably best I'm not exercising much or I'd be losing even more; I do need to do some exercise to build up muscle, though, because I'm looking rather emaciated in certain areas
