1.  First name or name you go by on the boards:  Melting Mama. 2.  Surgery type:  RNY   3.  Surgery date:  Almost three years.  Oh my. 4.  How far post-op:  Wait, I know I have lack of B-Vitamin brain damage, but, is this a trick question? 5.  Highest weight:  'Round 320. 6.  Day of surgery weight:  298 7.  Goal weight:  130 or BUST. 8.  Current weight:  164 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight:  147.  But, but, but, I have excuses!  Excuses!  I was pregnant two times!  I gained a lot of weight. 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op:  Uh.  The weight regain.  The weight re-loss.  Now, the complications that have cropped up.

LOL

1.  First name or name you go by on the boards - Dianne from FL 2.  Surgery type Open BPD/DS 3.  Surgery date 3/15/2006 4.  How far post-op One year today 5.  Highest weight 330 6.  Day of sugery weight 303 (this is the weight I count) 7.  Goal weight 165 (for 5'10" that's just dandy!) 8.  Current weight 167 9.  Low weight post-op if different than current weight 10.  Biggest struggle as a post-op Seeing the change that everyone else sees. I guess it was also working on "portion distortion". I had to learn what "normal" portions were. Guess what - they are just fine and satisfy me now! I still look at plastic chairs with a leery eye!

Cannot eat leafy salads or any raw veggies. Lactose intolerant.

Goal wt: 150 lbs 8. Current wt: 195 lbs 9. Lowest wt post-op: 167 lbs 10. So ... what's the deal??? Making time to exercise and quit losing the "mind game" when it comes to stuff I know I shouldn't eat -- for instance, I know I can eat 2 glazed doughnuts without dumping.
