Tracy,Do not worry about weight gain while you are vacation. You are there to enjoy your time with your parents and your family.I would do what you have been doing so far with great sucess.Try planning what you are going to eat every day.I know like eating out is tough but maybe you can share a meal or find something small that you can eat.Try to bring some healthy snacks so you do not eat the wrong stuff. You might lose or gain, but you can take it off when you come home.   bob

I went to Italy for 2 weeks and lost weight.  We ate out for every meal, and it was tough.  What I made sure was that I walked a lot, and I brought protein bars with me so when I got hungry, instead of a piece of pizza, I chowed down a protein bar.

Oh, and lots of water.

HI Tracy~ My DH and I went to Jamaica last April and I actually came home with a loss!!  This past February, I went home to NY for a baptism and come home with a loss.......Planning on a cruise in 2 weeks, hopefully with a loss...... Focus on the protein, leave the bread, pasta, potatoes etc. and the alcohol alone ( I was never a drinker anyway)and remember, if you want to have a taste, have one bite and have the waiter take it away. Enjoy your trip and don't worry about it! Anjanette

Hey girlie.. dont worry.. you will be fine.. I just got back from a 12 day trip to the east coast.. Washington DC & NYC.. being on vacation sometimes actually allows us to get more exercise in.. I walked so much that I lost 7lbs on the trip.. but we walked everyday.. sightseeing & eating.. and visiting museums.. it was amazing.. I did pack snacks for me each day.. fresh fruit.. granola, and some string cheese.. and I carried a water bottle everywhere with me..

Have fun.. and know that there are people out there who loose on vacation..
