Hello everyone! I am Paula from NC.  I am almost 7 years out.  I have had very good results.  Had a scare when I gained weight, but lost some of it once I got more active and ate healthier.  The surgery still works!  I'd like to lose about 10 more.  I went from 214 to 107 to 156 to 139.  This is over the space of almost 7 years.  I would like to get some plastics done if I ever get the bucks.  Clothes do wonders to hide the flab lol.  Anyway, hello!

Haha!  Embarrassing moment.   I am into Irish Dance.  I hadn't been dancing for about a year and started up again.  Well, we had this really  high stepping class and I came out of it with a very sore butt.  Anyway, I was complaining about it and my hubby, sweet thing that he is, decided he would use my massager.  For the next 15 minutes, he is running a verbal commentary on my flab LOL!  Marriage is a marvolous thing!   Paula

Hi Paula, welcome tothe Grad's Board!!!   It's great to know the surgery can still work for us after 6+ years!  I've recently lost (or re-lost, I should say!) five pounds in preparation for my last round of plastics (thighs).  It really feels good to see the weight move down again. Don't be a stranger! Hugs, Connie -147#

Hi Paula, welcome to the group. You have done so well. If you have rashes underneath your belly, you can have insurance pay for your tummy tuck. It takes a lot of documentation. Keep up the good work. Mona

Hi, Paula - I wondered where you had run off to!  When did you move to Durham?  I lived there in 87- 90.  Hope things are going well for you down there!  I too am hoping to have plastics done in the near future!...and yes clothes are a wonderful thing right now! Many hugs! Jill
