plastic surgery question

Hi all ....well I "m abour 15 months post off and have lost around 130 pounds but now Im on to the next problem and that is what to do with all this extra skin...I want a TT boob job to lift mine off the floor and would love something doe to my arms, but the problem is Im on Illinois medicaid does any one know if this type of insurance will cover any thing??? any help would be great...take care all, Lisa Michelle
