Hey denise, I looked on the container and it says you can use milk, juice, water, or even yogurt. At least it gives ya alot of choices... Hope you enjoy it. My daughters are even drinking it now and say that it tastes like a generic yoohoo to them lol... Hugs marge

I just love protein shakes, I have several and hubby just laughs at me....I just love the AchievOne Mocha Java & Vanilla Nut, but I do have several protein powders that I use: Protein delite is awesome love all flavors except Choco Coconut GNC Caramel & Choco awesome in smoothie or in coffee Elite Cafe Mocha and I also have the Banana one for smoothie Miccellar Milk I have both Vanilla & Chocolate ( I like chocolate straight out of the carton and the Vanilla I use in my coffee or make coffee latte from it) my staple that I won't go without is NOW SPORTS unflavored protein and I can use that just about in anything.

I have been hooked on IDS Belgian chocolate for almost two years now.  I drink it hot, mixed with water, as I'm lactose intolerant.  I add about 1 *tablespoon* of cocoa powder, as I like a really strong chocolate flavor.  I use the DaVinci flavored SF syrups, I love the toasted marshmallow or caramel added.  The trick is to sift in the cocoa powder, mix with a little cold water till the powder is all smooth, then gradually add the ho****er while stirring.  If you use all ho****er, or boiling water, you can "cook" the protein, and it's really nasty, believe me. I drink this every single morning, and would even if I didn't need it. The IDS has extra vitamins added.  Since they aren't chelated, I don't know how much of these vitamins I absorb, but I feel they don't hurt. Debra M.
