Hi Denise, I'm just over three years post op. My second child is 15 mos. I'm up 30 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. I can clearly see my problems... not exercising anymore, eating too much junk, fast food, etc. I also started drinking diet cokes/sodas when I got pregnant. Everyone says to go back to the basics / pouch rules / etc. I can't say for sure because I haven't been succcessful. But I plan to get motivated and do it soon! Hey Denise, I had my little boy in September of 2005 and also lost that weight right away. However, I have now gained 7 of it back and I CANNOT LOSE IT. I have now started trying to do protein, veggie than carb if I am still hungry, but the diet soda is my downfall. I cannot live without it. I try to at least drink a liter of water before I have my soda, but still....I also have tried to start exercising more and that seems to be helping with inches at least. I can still wear all my same clothes, so something is working. Good luck! Heather B
