back to basics
Three meals a day consisting of:
protein first 3-5 oz
2-4 tbs low carb vegies (non-yellows non- whites are easiest to remember)
2-4 tbs fruit or complex carbs
at least 64 oz water - water load before you eat (drink a glass of water as fast as you can)...no liquids 30-60 minutes after the meal
vitamins, calcium
exercise
try to do low fat protein (fish, chicken....)
I still eat on a "little" plate and I still can't finishe a little plate...
my bane is carbs - I find if I cut the carbs out, the scale drops...and I'm not as "hungry" for more carbs...
Just remember to do one day at a time - it is not a race, it is your life...change a little and see a lot over time...don't overreat to weight gain - react to it by just taking in the reigns of poor food choices...
Good luck - you can do it - just bring to rememberance how it was done in the beginning...
