i get my drains out !!! AND it's my 2 year surgiversary! that's so exciting! i have still not taken any pain meds and since i work from home i went back to work on monday. i'm feeling better every day. i'm wiped out by the end of the day but it helps me sleep well. i've started having the weird twinges from the nerves growing back together but that's not too bad. i did accidentally pull my drain tube when i was pulling up my pants. can you say OUCH! i was so afraid i yanked it out!! well so far i'm not as happy as i thought i'd be. i still have the roll under my boobs....a smaller roll but it doesn't look small because my tummy is so flat now. i'm going to talk to the doc tomorrow to see if that'll change at all! if not....i'm not going to be a happy camper at all. i mean for $10,000 i expected it to go away!!! well we'll see what he says tomorrow! i just can't wait to get these drains out and hit the shower!! this sponge bathing sucks!!

I had that roll just underneath my boobs too. But after the swelling and all went away so did the roll. It is all flat now. I am sure yours will be too. Be patient girlfriend. I am so glad you are doing well and not needing any pain meds. I didn't use pain meds either, just a little tylenol or tylenol pm at night so I could rest comfortably. It is amazing how much PS costs, isn't it? Whew!! Worth it though!! You will love that first shower. I know I did. It felt so good and I finally felt clean. A sponge bath just doesn't do it. Talk to ya later, Melissa

Hey sweetie, congrats on the 2 years tomorrow, you are such a success, I'm super happy for you. Glad to see you are feeling better with the PS and hope the drains come out tomorrow, I hear that is the worse part for many. I think you'll be happy long term on the results but be sure to discuss it with your surgeon, you did have the anchor cut correct? Hugs, Dana

Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary!! I hear you about the drains and roll under the boobs. I'm almost 9 weeks post LBL and thighplasty. I want my second round of plastics to get rid of my batwings and get a breast lift with implants. I'm glad I don't have any more drains! Now to get rid of the swelling. That's another story. I understand why everyone gets depressed after plastic surgery. Take care! Lucy
