I was thinking about taking a joint supplement because I need more flexibility in my knees. Can we take glucosamine? Thanks. Tracy

Hi Tracy, I've been taking two Glucosamine/Chondroitin pills each morning for the past several months (after the pouch swelling had subsided and I felt comfortable taking a handfull of pills at the same time again). I haven't had any problems HTH Take Care, Terry

Hi FFFC! I used to take it for my shoulder. It is ok, I just stopped because they were horse pills and I got tired of taking so many, since I had to take 3 a day, and that would bring my total to 15 pills a day! Now it is just 12. Take care! Laura
