Late night snacking
Ruschell - I never had the midnight-snacking problem, but I've sure done more than my share of snacking at other times! I know it's hard to get it under control, and it takes a lot of focus and determination sometimes. I know you can get it back under control, though. Best of luck to you. Hang in there and keep posting.

Oh My God! You described me. Everything you said are things I am having issues with too. I go for my 1yr post op appointment next week (even though I am 14mths out...I'm a little late). I am going to talk to them about my snacking issue. I feel as though it may be something related to by blood sugar levels. I wake up in the middle of the night and MUST have a piece of meat. And I don't heat it up in the microwave, I eat it COLD!.
It is so weird. I will let you know what I find out.
