why do we gain weight when we first start exercising
Ohhhhh, so good! Yes I started working with a PT in late October and yes, I didn't lose anything for the first 7 weeks then dropped 3 lbs. It is still slow going, but I've dropped 1 clothing size and the muscle tone is amazing!! Of course it highlights the saggy skin a bit more LOL, but I have my first consult w/ the PS on Monday. Oh Good LORD I CAN'T WAIT!!! Will probably have surgery in April.
