Hi Guys How ya'll been doing the last few days?? I just got done with a circuit training class and it totally kicked my butt!!! I have been doing pretty good! I been consuming 70-90 grams of protein a day and about 1000-1300 calories. Its been a little challenge to get all the water in everyday but managing about 60-70 oz. Best of all I feel so much better. I weigh in Wed. I will let you all know. I have been writting everything I eat in a diary and wow does that make a difference! I hope you all are improving and getting back on track!!! Sound Off Now Y'all Lisa

I'm going to try to get on "Track" with you guys. The last couple days, I've been more careful about not grazing. I usually do better at home. Tomorrow will be the test, going back to work after a 3 day weekend. I'm going to get back on my doc's web site and start tracking what I'm eating. I made a big pot of soup and don't really know how to figure how many calories etc, so I'll get started after it's gone tomorrow. I've upped my exercise also. I want to lose the 10 pounds I've regained. Grrrr.

I did pretty good for the past couple of days. We celebrated my nephews birthday today and I had a small piece of cake. Otherwise all is well. Haven't weighed again yet. Hoping for a nice sized loss but any at all will be good.

Hey Lisa you seem to being doing great! Can you take me through a day of what you eat and what kind of exercise you do? We seem to be pretty similiar and I would love to compare foods.

Hello all. I have been reading all of your posts over the last few days and I hope that I can join you all. As of yesterday, I have thrown all the junk out of my house. All day yesterday, I cut down. I drank tons of water, which I never do. I had tons of protein throughout the day and didn't have 1 thing that I shouldn't. Now I got up this morning and weighed myself and usually when I start dieting, I lose the first day. I stayed the exact same weight. How depressing is that? How do you keep going when things like that happen? How many calories is everyone having each day? carbs? protein? I am 4 years post op and had a baby 9 months ago, so I am trying to drop the 25lbs that I have left. I got a gym membership, but I haven't been able to get there yet with the baby and both of us having terrible colds. Maybe that will help the weight drop. I am so glad to have a group like this to turn too. Philippa

Things have been pretty good here. I was having a few HUNGRY days, but things have calmed back down now. I'm eating around 1600cal, 100oz of water, taking vits. I did 6miles yesterday and today I did 1mile and 45min Chicometrics this morning. I'll probably do a few miles tonite too. glad to hear that things are going well with everyone!!!! Tracy B

Hey Lisa, how cool that you want to do a marathon~that's great!!!! I just started out slowly and worked my way up and I stayed committed to doing it! I'm not sure where the commitment part came from, LOL. I just got it in my head and stuck with it. I've never been an "athlete" either, but I think as long as you do whatever you can do and build from there you'll make it to your goals! Tracy B
