Requirements for this board?

Well, I do not know about anyone else but I would say everyone is welcome. 2004? You certainly qualify.

Hi Cindy, IMO all are welcome. The intent for the board I think originally was for those 1 year post-op +, as our needs/concerns change.....i.e. being at goal and how to maintain, not reaching goal and working hard to get there, body dysmorphia, etc. As where in our early days of post op our concerns focused on eating enough protein, finding the right vitamins, drinking enough water, etc. You definitely qualify as a grad, glad to see you here and hope to see you posting!
