2 Yrs post op and need support
Hey everyone I'm looking for email and / or phone buddies to chat with. I'm two years post op and lost about 180 lbs. I'm looking to lose maybe twenty more pounds or at least 10 and keep it off forever. I feel im starting to eat too much and I'm getting back to eating a lot of junk food. I think If I had someone to chat with maybe I could get back on track. Anyone interested?
I am also 2 yrs, as of 12/14. I am struggling everyday to do the right things. It starts out great everyday, I exercise, I eat a good breakfast, take my vitamins, have 44 oz's of fluid down before I even start work, and then I get to work. Someone always has chocolate at their desk, and I get bored. I am consumed with wanting to eat. I am not even hungry, just want to eat. I am so afraid I am going to gain back my weight. I have never been a size 10 my whole adult life, and want to stay there. I actually want to lose another 20 lbs or so. I so feel your struggle and pain. Any advice you can give me would be great.
I try to think of where I was, and how I never want to be back there. That is all I can do at this point.
Thank you to Happy Camper and huggs. I am at the grad board and its like finding a candy store of friends that understand and have the same concerns I do. Thanks Tracy! I am having a struggle. The doctor said that I have gaind 11 lbs in about 8 months since my last check up. I found chocolate and I learned how to expect and deal with the dumping, rather than do without. Big mistake. He said that I must lose it by next appointment in sixth months, or he is going to go back in and do surgery. Scared me and I have been watching the sugar and no chocolate at all. I was up to five to ten pieces a day. So I am drinking water again and exercising again and doing it all over. Please email me if you ever want to talk about it all. I cried. I feel like im a cow. I went from a size 18 and up to a size 10/11. I still wear the same clothes as I did, eight months ago. Well gotta go, huuggs Stacy
