weigh****chers??
Hey Michelle,
I joined in August to get off of a four-month platuea. I did really well and lost about 13 or so pounds between August and November. I do the Core Plan and recommend it highly. I got off-track in December with the holidays and way too many sugar-free pastries and cookies and put on 5 or 6 pounds. I am back on track and starting back to the weekly meetings this week. In addition to the Core plan itself, the threat of the weighins hanging over my head helps to keep me honest. If you do join and decide to do Core, I have a collection of Core recipes that friend sent to me - 190 pages worth of Core recipes! Email me if you want me to email it to you. Good luck! Tracy

Hi Tracy
Would you please email me the Core Recipes that you mentioned in your email. I am still stuggling to get to "goal". My surgery was 10 years ago and I never got to goal but am determined to get there. Weigh****cher recipes could be helpful.
Thanks...Faye
I have been a member of weigh****chers since March of last year. Helps to keep me honest. Lost about 25 lbs. Looking to loose my last 20 this year. Like others, the holidays set me back. Should have reached life time goal months ago. LOL!!!! Just looking to be realistic and maintain what I have lost. I agree that the core plan rocks. I am almost 3 years post-op and my greatest challenge has been eating properly. Weigh****chers helps me stay on track.
Debra, I think I hold a record for number of times re-joining WW through all my decades of obesity! In spite of my lack of long-term maintenance, I still think WW is an excellent eating plan. I'm not sure if I'm interested in joining at this time (although I have some re-gained weight I'm working on), but I'm curious as to what the new Turnaround program at WW is--can you explain?
Thanks! (I'm headed for bed right now but will check tomorrow.)
