weigh****chers??

anyone on or have been on weigh****chers to lose or maintain weight? I am almost 3 years out and looking to lose 10-15 lbs.

Nope, haven't done it, but I am doing the 9-11 Fitness Challenge at work - starts next week - it's pretty competetive - you need a team of at least 3 - it combines weight loss and muscle gain - if you lose muscle mass your entire team is disqualified - it's a wicked hard thing - makes me have to work out - which is something I HATE DOING!

No, haven't done it yet, but I am joining on Tues. I had WLS 1 1/2 years ago and still have about 25 lbs. I'd like to loose. I can't seem to do it by myself, so I thought maybe they could help. I need to get back to making good choices and exercising. I hope with some encouragement from other people will help. I'll let you know how it is going in a week or two. Tina

omg... i was going to do the 9-11 fitness challenge.... but they were all haters cause i was a WLS patient.. so im doing it on my own!!! good luck!!!

I haven't done weigh****chers but I've thought about it..instead though I'm going to try out the discovery channels national body challenge. It's free to join!

I have a friend who goes to weigh****chers. She had her surgery 10 years ago and that is tonly way she can maintain her weight.

hello everyone, I am 14 months post op, and joined weigh****chers last week. I lost 120 lbs with the surgery, but need the support of a group to stay on track. Food choices is where I need the most help, and the excersise thing. I would like to lose another 30 lbs, but my 10% goal is even less. So far, I feel a lot better, and my pouch seems happier too, not as much stomach upsets. I will keep you posted, but I think it is a good idea to join a group such as this. nancy
