DIABETES COMING BACK 3.5 YRS LATER????....

OK just got some new bloodwork done and my blood sugars are creepin up ... currently at 6.7 from 6.2 6 months ago. I absolutely HATE the thought of takin medication again. I am keepin my weight stable, BP is good and exercise on a consistent basis... I am looking for my monitor so I can start to keep track of my blood sugars again. This really stinks... thought I was rid of it. Oh and diabetes does not run in my family or anything.... and its soo soo hard to get the protein vs. the veggies in too. I am just gonna watch my carb intake, I have 3 months to stablize or it back to pills again.... so sad Kim in Chicago.

I am scared mine is going to come back also.....It has been so nice without the medication but I get this feeling everyonceinawhile that it is creeping back. My doc gave me lab papers the other day....I guess I will be finding out. Good luck Kim and take care of yourself....

HI, I have been bad and not visiting the obesityhelp message boards or replying, and nowI have gained 7 pounds over the last few months and my sugars are getting high once again. Usualy 110 in the am, but 215 before lunch. I gottagetback on track, is anyone else haveing trouble this far out? I will be 4 years out in april. Rosemary
