oh my....tooo much food
well I started today.....and it's amazing, our tool is still there....we just have to use it. I wish so bad they would get rid of the candy dish at work....but I stayed away from it. The girls did go to lunch but I brought back enough for tomorrows lunch....I have to get the word protien back in my vocabulary.....I can really tell a differnce when I have more of it going thru my body. It's amazing how much better I feel.
Now comes the excersise. I found a nice place to start walking at lunch and a couple of the other girls asked if they could start with me. I think I will take the walking shoes tomorrow, unless of course we have a blizzard

Sounds like there are a few of us in the same boat???? Just remember to stay positive and to take it day by day. I've lucked out in a way, all my kids are gone until after New Years. Makes it so much easier on me to get back on track when I don't have to see alot of the yummies they bring home from Grammy's or wherever they may go during vacation. When it was time to pack up left overs from my moms on Christmas day I refused to take anything home that had sugar. And when she started insisting I gave her that evil stare......
she caught on!!!
I picked up a case of water to keep in my truck and I plan on having it gone by the end of the week.....water and protien, water and protien.......I have also picked up some low carb slimfast to keep in case of those darn chocolate cravings....haven't had one yet but I know it won't be long.....
Keep me posted!!! I know we can all beat this if we stick together and encourage each other!!! Old habbits are hard to break....so if we start making new habbits they will eventually be old habbits....right??? and they will also be hard to break, someday!!
