190 lbs gone - and I am at my goal weight of 145!

I am a lap bander from October 2004 - Dr. Rubult Monterrey Mexico - great surgeon. I reached my weight loss goal in October of 2006 and had my plastic surgery to remove excess skin - well my lower half doing the upper parts this May. Dr. Jeffery Nelson - Tucson Arizona - amazing doctor! My band still has some restriction that I am thinking about having it completely unfilled - what is the normal procedure for when you get to your goal with a lap band - what is the best way to move to maintance? Wow cool! It is nice to see a bander is successful! I am not sure what to do to maintain afterward. When you find out will you let me know? I had mine Oct of 05. So it took you 2 years to get to goal? My doc keeps saying 4 years! Yikes! Congrats and thanks for posting! Do you excercise a lot? (I am really bad at that)
