I made a food log on excel yesterday and tracked my calorie intake. I was more conscious of my snacking~boy I eat alot of cheese! Anyhow, I stayed under 1500 calories for the day including a tiny slice of pie last night. Not bad, I also got a good hour long workout in yesterday so I feel like I am on track. I got rid of a little water weight and was down to 148.4 this morning. But I was down as low as 142 at one point after my lower body lift so I really would like to strive to be there. Here is my food log from yesterday. Today I will make a better effort to drink more water and I will also go to the store and get a good protein drink. I haven't used those in a while. half serving low fat wheat thins 65 one slice cheese 90 Smart One meal 250 square of choc 45 tortilla soup and tortillas 225 cheese and crackers 150 1/2 powerbar 135 chicken and squash 175 pie 200 crackers and cheese 130

Bad day sort of. Attended a funeral & had: 1/2 small cheese danish 1/2 c OJ 2 bites of egg 1/2 oz cheese dumped from the danish around 1pm. Had a small salad for dinner w/ turkey kielbasa and what else but good ole rice, 1/4 cup worth. Lots of shopping today for my parents, got in alot of walking I am exhausted, hopefully I walked off some of those calories... did not see your post before I posted one... MaryLyn
