Accountability crew?
Hi MaryLyn! It was an ok day except for the brownie, LOL!!! I usually eat more throughout the day, but I have been so busy for the last 3wks that I haven't really even had time to slow down to eat. I'm nervous for the holidays, but it will be ok I'm sure. Maybe have to get in some extra exercise to counteract the calories.

BF- oatmealw/raisens and 1overeasy egg with eng bf tea
Sn- atkins pb bar 17 grams of protein
1sm soy no sugar added van latte (gotta wake up)
Ln- shrimp cehvice
1md soy SF van latte(wake up for gym)
din din- um sushi or salad with protein
sn jello or apple sauce
is that too much?....i need to lose this darn 43 lbs its driving me NUTSO!!!
