Working from home

I work from home, some days I don't have to leave the house and other days I am out and about at meetings, etc. On the days that I am at home all day I find it really hard not to snack and nibble and before I know it I have consumed a whole lot of food. Any suggestions?

The same thing happens to me when I'm home. I'm ok if I keep busy, but when I relax, I'm hungry.

Wow, that would be hard!!! I do best when I plan my whole day out in advance~either on paper or in my head. Then, when I've eaten everything that was on my plan for the day, no matter what time it is I'm done eating. There are some days when I don't get everything in and other days when I'm done eating for the day by 4pm, LOL! Steph might have some good ideas on this b/c I know she's been working from home for awhile now too! Good Luck! Tracy B 328/150 5'9"

Here's what is saving me from eating...i don't have time to breathe let alone eat during the day. the call volume is so high right now. i can barely find time to get up to go potty! that's what is saving me from eating the house!

Oh no, I may begin working from home late spring 2007...what will I do then. I am usually very good unless I am PMSing... M
