LOX & BAGELS...

If you are in Richmond for the January event - plan to leave feeling verrry New Yawky.... Being Jewish I was raised on the stuff, and LOVE love and bagels with cream cheese and onion...I personally don't do the capers (), but some do - so they can have at em! Don't worry is L&B isn't your bag though, cause we'll have scrambled eggs, fruit, yougurt, and yes- by popular demand - the cheese blintzes with sugar free topping! It's funny I am telling you what's on the menu - but be honest - even if you haven't asked - you wanna know! I didn't get to be nearly 400 pounds and NOT know good eating! Even if I can only "stomach" so much, I still enjoy food. Just now I eat to live instead of living to eat. The reservations are streaming in and I am getting verrry excited about a great conference weekend!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Have you made your registration?
