Colon Cleanse?

Hello! I have been searching the website for an hour and haven't really found any conclusive information on whether a colon cleanse is safe for post ops? Has anyone done it? my doc ok'd me to do an "occasional" cleanse with magnesium citrate. i've done it once for my own use and once for a surgery. it worked the first time and the second time...nothing. i'd ask your doc just to be safe!

I also would like to do one but I have been mindful that we are different. I hope you hear some good information cause I'm quite interested.

I happened to ask my doctor at my last visit and he said go ahead, although he couldn't understand why anyone would want to. I instead went to the health store and spoke to an the owner who was so helpful. She put me on a liquid cleanser that I take twice a week. It is all natural and there is no issues with cleaning out "good bacteria". So I guess to answer your question, go a head.
