What am I doing wrong? Can't read my messages

Can someone tell me why I can't read the messages--says I have some but when I click on it, says I need to log in--I am logged in. Do I need a separate log in to access messages? Thanks Wanda

Hi, I've tested and what you need to do is delete your cookies. Log out of Obesityhelp. Go up to tools on your browser bar, choose internet options, General tab and then click the button that says "Delete Cookies". Refresh your browser, log back into Obesityhelp and let me know if that doesn't fix the problem. ~Tooter OH Staff
