HI all! My WLS Support Group meeting is tomorrow night, it is our annual Christmas Party, the stipulation is we bring something healthy. Last year I brough Chicken Wings marinated in Lawrey's Hawaiian Marinade (5 carbs) these went over well but I do not know if I have time to make them this year. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Most people bring finger foods like celery with peanut butter, fresh fruit, vegetables, cookies made with Splenda, etc. I always like to bring something hot. I need something that could be made in an hour. Please Help. Lori

How about a crustless quiche? saute veg's of your choice. I use onion, peppers, mushrooms, some sort of green, kale, collard or spinach not too much though (chopped). add to approx 6 beaten eggs use more if you'd like, add shredded cheese of your choice. Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam. bake at 350 for approx 25-30 minutes. MLR

buy a rotiserrie chicken, pull the meat off and chop it up. Add a light asian dressing, peanuts, and pineapple tidbits. Serve it with endive leaves. CathyA
