I usually have no trouble deciding what to eat. I tolerate all kinds of protein--fish, beef, pork, even chicken. But right now....I just don't want it. I'm still eating my plan--3 small meals and 2 protein shakes. But I wish I felt like eating it. Does this make sense? I stare at the fridge and change my mind several times. I think I will just decide now to make chicken for supper--then there will be left overs for tomorrow's lunch and it will just take some of the deciding out. Any ideas of things that might go down well and get me out of the slump? Jeannie

I go thru those times too Jeannie. I find it easier to eat the same things over and over b/c then there's less planning needed, but it can get boring at times. I've also gone thru times when I'm just not hungry, but I eat on schedule b/c I know I have too. Dinner is the hardest for me b/c I never know what to eat~I usually do some kind of chicken b/c its easy! Good Luck! Tracy B 328/150 5'9"

Thanks, Tracy I am thinking I will just go with something that has leftovers that I can deal with so some of the choosing is gone for a while. This too wil pass... Jeannie
