Low Carb Rub Perfect on chicken wings, chicken breast or ribs! 1 cup paprika 1/2 cup chili powder 1/2 cup cumin 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon powdered ginger 1/4 cup Splenda 2 tablespoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon seasoned salt Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Reserve until needed. Makes about 3 Cups.

By the way, I have upped my calcium (citrate). My labs are still good but I can learn alot from you. Hope your journey is getting better.

Christina, Watch your D's also, that is the one I am so very low in...Dr P only does about a 75 cm by pass at the most...so we are very proximal.... Darlene
