One week update since 3 day liquid diet
Marshie, yes 3 days of: protein shakes (2-3 per day), lots of water, crystal light and decaf coffee, 1-2 s/f popcicles and jello, oh yea and 1-2 cups of broth.
I then went back to protein first and low glycemic vegetables, I am not eating crap
, no sugar or white carbs and feel great.
I've found going back to liquids made me not hungry and my portion sizes are smaller.

PS Total weight loss for 3 days was 6 lbs, I've since lost another lb.
