One week update since 3 day liquid diet

Marshie, yes 3 days of: protein shakes (2-3 per day), lots of water, crystal light and decaf coffee, 1-2 s/f popcicles and jello, oh yea and 1-2 cups of broth. I then went back to protein first and low glycemic vegetables, I am not eating crap , no sugar or white carbs and feel great. I've found going back to liquids made me not hungry and my portion sizes are smaller. Best wishes, Dana PS Total weight loss for 3 days was 6 lbs, I've since lost another lb.
