100 calorie snacks

Just thought I'd start a happy thread. Post your fave homemade '100 calorie snack' here. 6oz Lite and Fit Dannon Yogurt (any flavor) and 1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal (mixed together) - Calories 100, Protein 9g, Carb. 20g Fat .33g

That is a Happy Thread Christopher That sounds yummy!! I'm boring when it comes to snacks..I'll have to try yours I usually have a piece of lowfat cheese/hardboiled egg/a handful of trailmix/a couple peanut butter crackers/or my favorite..frozen pitted cherries

I love the yogurt and Kashi Go Lean Cereal with a Bananna cut up in it...I eat that every morning for Breakfast....

Not proud of mine, but it sure kills the need for something worse. The oreo's 100 cal snack pack. I love them chrispy chocolate cookies. Torrey (281/177/160)

My Homemade 100 calorie snack is 1 lowfat cheesestick wraped with turkey breast lunch meat usually 4 thin slices add a dab of mustard and yummy. There you have it Protein is about 15 gms. depending on the lunch meat. Another Favorite is microwavable pork rinds. 1/3 bag has 90 calories and 9 gms protein. Great idea for a thread! Melinda

I just saw the "homemade" part of the thread. Guess the oreo's don't count. I still love 'em.

MY favorite homemade snack.. Breakstones cottage cheese ( 4 oz) and a spoonful of sf cherry pie filling!! It is a little over 100 calories,, has 11 grams of protein, about 10 grams of carbs. I love it!! Renee
