Hi Everyone, I have not posted in a long time....boy things have changed around here! Today is my 2 year anniversary, I can not believe how time flys. I went from 262lbs size 20 in pants to 144lbs and anywhere between a size 4-8. What an expierence this has been, all in all it has been a very positive change in my life. I have been through an emotional roller coaster some real highs and some real lows, loosing all this weight has caused some "issues" to re-surface for me and I am dealing with them. I also had plastics done already, again all in all I am pleased with them being able to wear whatever I want and not feeling like I have to hide my stomach is a great feeling, I did have severe complications from my plastics and it was touch and go for a while, but I made it through that as well...thank god! This site and especially the people here have been a great source of support, to so many out there...thank you, thank you, thank you! I am really dealing with the food demons...I love sweets (I don't dump usually) and have a hard time staying away from them...they are everywhere! I have not gained any weight but struggle with the desire to eat the wrong foods, and find myself giving into the desire much to often. Take Care, Melissa

Happy Anniversary Melissa, I have enjoyed your post and watching your transformation. You are indeed a beautiful woman. As for the sugar cravings, they are my weakness also. I saw the scale move up a few lbs over the weekend and freaked out. On Monday I started a liquid diet, this is day 3. I'm amazed at how well I feel, and guess what I am not craving carbs or sugar anymore. Best wishes for continued success. Dana
