weight loss update/surgery

hello all, well I saw the obgyn today and her scale said 153 with my clothes on, i also stopped by my surgeons office and his also said 153... my scale at home says 148... anyways. although I keep getting different readings on my home scale the doctors office confirms i have lost 10 pounds since the 2nd. I am on day 3 of a liquid diet and I feel fine, no hunger feelings at all. after my surgery I will get to eat regular foods again and this time, since I had started to fall back on bad habits, i will stick to good foods with an treat every once in a while, Mrs. Smiths makes a really good NSA apple pie that has only 7 grams of sugar... wish me luck, i need to be at the hospital at 6 am and will be back in a few days but have no idea when i will feel like sitting here at the computer again..
