Lost 6 pounds in 7 days!!!!!!
It is working!!!! I have been using Fitday to track and passing on all the treats. I check nutritional info when eating out and getting in my exercise.
I put on my $100 jeans this morning that did not fit last week. Woo Hoo!!!!
I am feeling motivated and pumped.
Hope everyone is doing well and hangiing in there. I read all of your replies to my previous posts and they helped inspire me and keep me on track. I have been kind of busy, and was unable to respond to everyone who wrote.

Well, it certainly was not luck. It was my restricted, 1500-1700 calorie a day, low fat, no white flour or sugar diet.
I love the weight loss, but the eating is torture. Once I lose what I want though, I will make some modifications and up my calories. I keep telling myself this extreme diet is only temorary. I exercise, so to maintain an extra 500 calories at least will be needed.
