liver shrink diet is working!

hi all, just wanted to let you all know that this diet really does work. this morning when I weighed myself, its 149.5... when I saw the surgeon over a week ago i weighed 159.5 on my scale and on the surgeons scale I was 162... at home i dont have my leg braces on or my shoes. so it looks like i have lost 10 pounds in 11 days! starting on Sunday my surgeon wants me to start a 3 day liquid diet!!!! I am sure i will lose even more. I hope the surgeon is happy with my weight loss and will see I did what he asked of me.. Donna 177/149

From what it sounds like, you went on a 3 day liquid diet.. is that correct?

look down a few posts and you will find the diet i am doing, basically its nothing out of a box, a can, a bag or a bottle no salt

as of today I am down about 15 pounds, i hope to shock my surgeon oops, i noticed i wrote down the wrong starting weight on the original post. its 277 Donna
