Thank you for posting your pics & your feelings. I am hoping to have a breast lift and possibly some upper abdominal work. I have not had a consult yet. I have watched the breast lift stuff on TV & the procedure looks so horrible and painful I am worried about the pain. Another issue I have is that on the TV they say you sometimes lose sensation in your nipple. I know that may not bother some people, but I think it would be weird to have loss of sensation in such a sensitive area. The comment you made that you had no breast tissue left up high on the chest is exactly how I am. I need a D cup for my pendulous breast but it is all hanging down & under my arm so if they lift it I wonder if I would need an implant to be close to the same size or if they just move what you have? So many questions, I just can't seem to make a consult every time I make an appointment something happens & I have to cancel. Oh well it must not have been meant to be just yet. Jan

Actually the breast pain is not that bad at all. Uncomfortable, achy maybe, but not painful. The loss of sensation can happen, I don't really care because I just wanted to look nice and not feel deformed. How big you need to go will depend on what tissue your surgeon can salvage. You may need a small submuscular implant if you want to remain a "D" cup. There are different types of breast lifts and different methods of preserving tissue. Make that consult, make several. Talk to at least 3 plastic surgeons. Find the one that is right for you.

Jane, YIPPEE! You look WONDERFUL I am so JEALOUS! LOL I know you are so happy to be on the other side of PS now too! What a great feeling! I know the pain will be gone before you know it just hang in there and take care of yourself. I am so glad you posted your pics it really helps those of us who are going to have PS too. I think the 400 cc is not bad at all even swollen. I bet after the swelling goes down and everything starts to settle you are gonna be thrilled with them!
