My plastics post-op pics are on my profile. Yeah, it hurt like MoFo, it was worth every penny (I was self-pay) and would I do it again..yes. I'm tired and it hurts to sit here, so email me if you have any questions. Jane

Lunch/Dinner will be great! I should be able to drive by next week. I'm weening myself off the percs and just taking Tylenol during the day, so I should be good to go. I should get my preofessional before and afters next week. The docs office is going to put them on disk for me. I'm a litle concerned about my left breast. It's killing me today and very painful were the incision is. I think I just need to let them "breathe" for awhile. Call me when you get back from Florida. Tell Lynda I said "Hi!" Hugs, Jane

Wow, what an amazing difference. You have a fabulous hourglass shape - hubba, hubba, hubba! I'm still quite a ways from plastics and am worried about how much it will hurt, plus potential complications from infections, etc. (I had a nasty infection after my WLS, so am probably more leery of infections than a normal person!) I've discovered that I'm a wimp when it comes to pain, and that there's nothing wrong with really good drugs to help you through it. So hopefully I'll work up the nerve to have plastics some day. Anyway, you look fab-u-lous - I look forward to seeing more pictures after your swelling goes down, the drainage tubes come out, etc. Congrats - Kellie

Absolutely Amazing! I am scheduled for my TT and BA in January and started getting cold feet that perhaps it may not be worth the $13,000. BUT, after looking at your pictures, I'm so there, girlie!

Consider $13K a bargain. Mine was $16,700. I won't lie to you, it's painful. Don't be a hero and make sure you ask for good pain meds or get a On-Q pump. But it's worth all the pain and time and I'm pleased with the outcome so far. It's really gonna make a difference in how I feel about my body.

Thank you for posting your pictures and being honest about your experience, it's very helpful. I am scheduled for a circumferential body lift in January, I'm scared but excited. I have to travel to California because there's just no Doctors in my area that have experience with weight loss patients, not the experience I want, anyway. The travel will be tough, but I'm looking at the long-term. Knowing what you now know, is there anything I can do to make the week in a hotel room more comfortable? Thanks so much. Erika

Hi Jane, You don't know me, but I had to post. Your name should be Jayne M. As in Jayne Mansfield! Wow, you look great! And you're only a little ways out from surgery. Way to go!!! Lyn

Jane, thanks for sharing. Looks like your surgeon did a fantastic job on your TT, I can only imagine how great you'll look once the swelling is all gone. I'm about ready to start my PS consults (first of next year) but a little leary of spending the money since the skin isn't causing any health problems. I just don't feel like I'll have finished the process without PS, sometimes I feel doing it will be vain on my part *sigh*. Congratulations lady, you look fantastic. Dana

Your not vain. After talking to other ladies that have had PS after WLS, they all say the same thing..it was not until they had their plastics did they truly feel "normal" . It was a completion of something that they had started. That's how I see my plsatics journey. It's the final walk.
