8-week challenge

hi everyone i will be going on this 8 week challenge which is now 7-week ,i'm ready for it i need to get back on track and start this weight loss journey allover again i been off track for a very longtime, i need to challenge myself 1- get in my proteins, 2- drink the required amount of water in, 3-and exercise - i haven't done that in awaile i truly need to get focused on me it's been about everyone else for a long time

Hey - I just jumped in last week, and it has been great. Good for you and welcome aboard - I have been exercising like CRAZY and cut out sugar (since the 1st), and I feel sooooo much better now - so, get on it and see how you feel, I'm anxious to hear.... DeAnna
