I too, am a late bloomer on this one. LOL Let's see what can be accomplished in the remaining 7 weeks. Here's my wish list: 1) Count protein and calories daily 2) Keep weekly intakes 3500 calories below my basel lifestyle caloric limit 3) Drink 100 oz of water daily 4) Exercise vigoursly for 30 minutes, at least 5 times per week I hope to drop some pounds and tone up some flab. Hopefully making my seasonal party dresses fit nicely. LOL Thanks for hosting this one. Karen G

Got in the pool twice as I planned. I wore my pedometer two days I didn't swim. One day it said 14,000+steps...which is fantastic. Today it said less than 1000. Which means.....I don't think it worked today. On a normal day I do 1500 steps before I get in the car to go to work so...I will give the dear thing one more day and if it doesn't seem to be working....in the tra**** goes and I will get another. Tomorrow, bright and early....back in the pool. Thanks for the challenge! I will have to re-up my pool pass tomorrow but full steam ahead. Jeannie

Okay, so I'm not perfect, thats okay. I did stay away from sugar until the weekend and then i ate a mini candy bar or 2 and realized it's not near as good as i felt it was the week prior. So i seem to be kicking that cycle, i hope. I only worked out once, but hey that is once more than the week before. Here i go again with this week. Smiles, Melinda
