De-hydration

Do you know how fast you de-hydrate? Thursday I got sick at work about 1:30 in the afternoon. At 3:30 I was "allowed" to go home. I wasn't able to make it too far (it's a 45 mins drive to and from work) and had to pull off the freeway and call my daughter to come and get me. By 4:30 I was in the hospital from de-hydration and passing out. I still had vomiting and diahrrea. The diahrrea was just ho****er that came with a vengence. My point is: it took all of 3 hours for me to go into total de-hydration when sick. I just wanted you all to be aware and watch out for it. There are some bugs going around... Darlene

I have noticed that too. I know I get dehydrated very fast. Even if I'm not sick. So I always have to have water with me. I keep bottles everywhere. Hope you're feeling better. Koukla

Oh man - sorry to hear you caught a bug. That one sounded nasty. I hope the hospital was able to kick its microbial ass for you! --BT
