Hi Tammy! If you follow "the rules", you should be able to drop additional weight! You haven't messed anything up! Do protein first, drink at least 64oz of water (I do 100oz per day), exercising on a regular basis is key, if carb sensitive then watch those bad carbs, take all vitamins, no grazing, etc. I find even now at 19mths out that if really watch what I eat, then I can still lose well. Use your tool~its still there and it still works! Congratulations to you on 128lbs lost~that's fantastic!!!!! Good Luck to you! Hugs, Tracy B 328/150 5'9"

I tried getting back to basics but it didn't work for me. I did join weigh****chers and am losing again. I am 3 years out and went from 319 to 206. I never gained any but never lost anymore. I was very disgusted and now 3 months later I'm at 181 and very happy. I use my point system to get my proteins in and that is it. I was eating my proteins and lots of stuff I shouldn't before. I also am getting more water in again. I know now I will make my 150 lb goal. I love weigh****chers!! Brigitte

Can you provide a sample day of your eating patterns on WW? Thank you. Debbie

I get in at least 64 oz of water a day usually 128 oz. Breakfast since surgery has always been oatmeal made with milk for the extra protein. Lunch I usually eat a WW meal or I make tuna fish with italian dressing and put it on a tortilla shell. I can also toast a 40 cal wonder light piece of bread. I don't do bread well unless it's toasted and don't want to waste calories on bread. I try a variety of protein high things. Orange Roughy fish in the oven is also an option depending on how much time I have for lunch. If I'm not totally full I make a bowl of veggies and use spray butter on it. Supper is, if I eat out, a salad with grilled chicken and I carry my fat free italian dressing with me. I will make roast with potatoe and carrots, some kind of meat with veggies. During the day I have a piece of fruit a couple of times a day and at least one whey protein shake. I was totally out of control as much as I could with the size of my stomach. This has given me back the control I need and I'm accountable again at the weigh ins every week. Brigitte

Back to basics, 4 oz protein, followed by 1 cup low carb veggies, followed by fruit. When you are full stop. I find the 4 oz of protein still fills my pouch at 33 months so I often choose 3 1/2 oz of protein and 1/2 cup veggies. Best of luck on losing the additional weight.

I've started hearing that too - that I don't need to lose any more, yet I'm a 30 BMI and still have 27 lbs to go to get to a BMI of 25, and nearly 40lbs to get to my surgeon's goal weight for me. Have you stopped losing? Is that why you're considering WW or is it only because you're 15 months out, and you're worried that your window has closed? I've seen people continue to lose nearly 2 years out. --BT
